These rates above are for a maximum of 16 people. There is an extra charge for additional adults or children of $50 per person/per night. Please call for the weekly rate for additional people or gathering/meals for more than 16 people.

A deposit of 50% of the total monies due plus a security deposit is required at the time of booking by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or check.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booked within 60 days of arrival, the total is due, in full, at the time of booking.

When comparing costs, also consider the money you will save by cooking instead of eating out.
