July 20, 2006 - Glenwood Springs, CO...When Maryland residents Andrew and Shirl Niemeyer visited Glenwood Springs last year, they were completely enamored with this mountain mecca and decided to look for a property of their own. After spending only 45 minutes in a secluded log home for sale along Four Mile Road, 10 miles south of Glenwood Springs, they purchased it on the spot.
