RESERVATION
& DEPOSIT POLICY
A
deposit of 50% of the total monies due plus a security deposit
is required at the time of booking by Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover, or check. Final payment is due 60 days prior
to arrival. If booked within 60 days of arrival, the total is
due, in full, at the time of booking.

RATES
January
3, 2008 thru May 22, 2008 - $800/Night; $5,000/Week
May 23, 2008 thru September 1, 2008 - $850/Night; $5,300/Week
September 2, 2008 thru December 14, 2008 - $800/Night: $5,000/Week
December 15, 2008 thru January 4, 2009 - $950/Night; $6,000/Week
There
is a two night minimum stay. A three night minimum stay is required
during the Christmas Holiday (December 15th - January 3rd)
This rate is to accommodate a maximum of 16 people. There is an
extra charge for additional adults or children of $50 per person/per
night. Please call for the weekly rate for additional people or
gathering/meals for more than 16 people.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT
Security
deposit is due at the time of booking. The security deposit is
$100
per night, or $500 per week. Deposits for completed rental will
be refunded approximately three (3) weeks after departure date,
less any sums for damage to premises or failure to adhere to the
Cleaning at Checkout policy below.
It is expected that guests leave the property in the good condition
in which they found it.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
In
the event of cancellation, a refund of the monies paid will be
made if Sunshine Ridge or 4 Mile Creek Bed and Breakfast is notified
more than 60 days prior to arrival. Should notification be made
less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire amount paid will
be subject to forfeiture unless the property is re-rented for
the entire period of the original booking. If the property is
fully re-rented, a full refund will be made. Failure to pay balance
on the stated due date will result in the automatic cancellation
of the reservation, subject to the cancellation policies. Christmas
Holiday bookings are due in full by October 1st.
CHECK-IN
/ CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check
in after 4:00 p.m. Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Exceptions will
be considered; we will help you if we can.
PETS
Pets
are not allowed on the premises. Seeing Eye and Registered Service
Dogs are welcome.
LONG
DISTANCE PHONE CALLS
Long
distance calls within the continental US are free.
INTERNET
ACCESS
Wireless
broadband and high speed cable internet access are provided at
no additional cost.
SMOKIING
Smoking
is not permitted inside of the house. Please use designated sand
buckets outside to avoid fire hazard.
TOWELS
AND LINENS
Rates
include a one-time linen set-up. While linens and bath towels
are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in
the rental rate. The house has a large Laundry Room with two large
dryers. Please take all used towels and washcloths to the Laundry
Room when you prepare to leave.
CLEANING
AT CHECKOUT
Prior
to checking out, please be sure to:
• Clean all used kitchen items
• Empty the refrigerator
• Place all trash in cans located in the garage
• Take all used towels and wash cloths to the Laundry Room
• Return any moved furniture to its original position/location
We will take care of the bed linens and vacuuming. We
are asking that you leave the house in the same good condition
in which you found it.

Even though Sunshine Ridge is off the beaten path, we are easy
to find by following the directions below:
From
Interstate 70 / Downtown Glenwood Springs:
-
Take
Exit 116 (Glenwood Springs). When you get off the highway,
follow the signs to Highway 82 to Aspen. You will make 3 right
turns and basically circle back over the highway.

After
you cross the bridge over the highway and river, you will
be on Grand Ave, the main street running through downtown
Glenwood Springs. Stay on Grand Ave, until you reach 27th
St. Turn right on 27th St.

Go
down the hill and over the 27th Street Bridge, then follow
the road as it curves to the left, Go Straight on for about
a mile, until you pass the Conoco Mountain Market.
Turn Right at the "Y" (about two blocks
past the market). You are now on Four Mile Road (County Rd.
117)

Sunshine
Ridge Guest House is on Four Mile Road, about 4 miles up.
When you reach a sharp left turn in the road, you are about
1 mile away. Our driveway will be the only one on your left
after you make the sharp left curve.

North from Aspen or Carbondale on Highway 82, turn left onto
27th St,, then follow directions above.
