RESERVATION
& DEPOSIT POLICY
A
deposit of 50% of the total monies due plus a security deposit
is required at the time of booking by Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover, or check. Final payment is due 60 days prior
to arrival. If booked within 60 days of arrival, the total is
due, in full, at the time of booking.

SECURITY
DEPOSIT
Security
deposit is due at the time of booking. The security deposit is
$100
per night, or $500 per week. Deposits for completed rental will
be refunded approximately three (3) weeks after departure date,
less any sums for damage to premises or failure to adhere to the
Cleaning at Checkout policy below.
It is expected that guests leave the property in the good condition
in which they found it.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
In
the event of cancellation, a refund of the monies paid will be
made if Sunshine Ridge or 4 Mile Creek Bed and Breakfast is notified
more than 60 days prior to arrival. Should notification be made
less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire amount paid will
be subject to forfeiture unless the property is re-rented for
the entire period of the original booking. If the property is
fully re-rented, a full refund will be made. Failure to pay balance
on the stated due date will result in the automatic cancellation
of the reservation, subject to the cancellation policies. Christmas
Holiday bookings are due in full by October 1st.
CHECK-IN
/ CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check
in after 4:00 p.m. Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Exceptions will
be considered; we will help you if we can.
PETS
Pets
are not allowed on the premises. Seeing Eye and Registered Service
Dogs are welcome.
LONG
DISTANCE PHONE CALLS
Long
distance calls within the continental US are free.
INTERNET
ACCESS
Wireless
broadband and high speed cable internet access are provided at
no additional cost.
SMOKIING
Smoking
is not permitted inside of the house. Please use designated sand
buckets outside to avoid fire hazard.
TOWELS
AND LINENS
Rates
include a one-time linen set-up. While linens and bath towels
are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in
the rental rate. The house has a large Laundry Room with two large
dryers. Please take all used towels and washcloths to the Laundry
Room when you prepare to leave.
CLEANING
AT CHECKOUT
Prior
to checking out, please be sure to:
• Clean all used kitchen items
• Empty the refrigerator
• Place all trash in cans located in the garage
• Take all used towels and wash cloths to the Laundry Room
• Return any moved furniture to its original position/location
We will take care of the bed linens and vacuuming. We
are asking that you leave the house in the same good condition
in which you found it.
