are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $100 whichever is greater.
Should cancellation notification be made less than 60 days prior
to arrival, the entire amount paid will be subject to forfeiture
unless the property is re-rented for the entire period of the
original booking. If the property is fully re-rented, a refund
will be made, less a 5% cancellation fee or $100 whichever is
greater. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any
refund of rent or deposit. Failure to pay balance on the stated
due date will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation,
subject to the cancellation policies. You may choose to purchase
travel insurance separately from your local insurance agent

Room when you prepare to leave.

• Place all trash in cans located in the garage
• Take all used towels and wash cloths to the Laundry Room
• Return any moved furniture to its original position/location
We will take care of the bed linens and vacuuming. We
are asking that you leave the house in the same good condition
in which you found it.
